Shipping Netherlands & Belgium

To deliver our products to the customer as quickly as possible, we cooperate with PostNL & DHL. Together with PostNL & DHL we strive to deliver your order within 1 business day. In general this is the case if you place your order before 23:30. Of course it is always possible that your order is not delivered within 1 working day. If you have not received your order after 4 days, please contact our customer service. We will provide you with an answer as soon as possible!

Shipping costs

Besides the super fast delivery, we charge no shipping costs from € 30,- (for orders up to € 30,- we ask a contribution of € 3,95 in shipping costs). By charging shipping costs at a lower amount we can keep our product costs low. At the same time, we want to make our customers more aware of how to ship products in order to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth shipments and minimize CO2 emissions related to transportation.

Delivery by PostNL & DHL

PostNL & DHL will deliver your order to the address you provided. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to your neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home on the 2nd delivery either, you will receive a bill in your mailbox. This will tell you at which PostNL/DHL service point you can pick up the package. You have one week to collect the parcel otherwise it will be returned to you.

Pick up at a PostNL/DHL Post Office

You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. You can have your package delivered to one of the PostNL/DHL collection points. You decide where your package is delivered and when you pick it up. There is always a PostNL/DHL location near you. You can pick up the package within a week, after this the package will be returned to you.

Please note that when placing your order, it is not possible to directly enter the address of a parcel point; therefore, please enter your own address first. Once your package has been sent, you can use the tracking number to choose a parcel point near you.

Shipping Rest of Europe

To deliver our products to the customer as quickly as possible, we cooperate with PostNL, DHL, FedEx, DPD and Deutsche Post (Germany).

For the rest of Europe a standard rate of €5.95 applies. With an order of €100 or more, shipping costs are free!
